Q:  What is Flat Rate shipping?

 

A: We offer standard Flat Rate shipping to any address in Canada or the United States. If you’re in a RUSH, you can choose to upgrade to a faster shipping service for a small additional fee.

Q:  Can I have my order shipped to an overseas recipient?

 

A:  Yes, we can ship anywhere worldwide. Go to Shipping under Customer Service for our shipping options and rates.

 

Q:   Do you ship to PO Boxes?


A:  Yes, our postal partners are able to deliver to PO Boxes in Canada and the United States.

 

Q:  When do I qualify for Free Shipping?

 

A:  You will qualify for Free Express Shipping within Canada and the United States if your paid amount excluding shipping and taxes in the order is above $75. Terms and Conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Amount spent on vouchers are not counted towards qualification (e.g prepaid vouchers, group buy vouchers, and gift cards).
  • Amount spent on shipping and taxes are not counted towards qualification.

Q:  What carrier will be delivering my product?

 

A:  Typically, Canada Post Parcel Service (USPS for US customers) will deliver your order right to your door. If you’re not home it will either be left on your doorstep, or held for pickup at your nearest postal outlet depending on service type and region.

 

Q:  My product arrived and it was damaged by the courier.

 

 

A:  If you receive a product that was damaged during transit, please take some pictures (preferably from several angles), including the damaged packaging and contact us. We will then lodge a report, investigate, and subsequently provide you with a replacement.

Note: By providing us with images of the damaged packaging and the damaged product, investigation will be significantly quicker.

 

Q:  How do I track my order?

 

A:  You will receive confirmation emails when your order is placed and when it ships.

Your shipment confirmation email will also contain a Canada Post or USPS tracking number

with all products.

 

Q:  How quickly will my order be produced?

 

A:  Production can start within a matter of hours, and in most cases your items will be complete and ready to ship in 2-4 business days after placing your order. If you’re taking advantage of our flat rate shipping, you can expect your order to arrive in 5-7 days after that, or if you have upgraded to a faster shipping method, you can be enjoying your items as quickly as the day after they are finished.

Our expected delivery times are based on urban areas. Customers in rural or remote communities will need to allow a few extra days for shipping.

 

Q:  How many extra days should I allow for larger orders?

 

A:  Delivery times for large-volume orders are as follows:

20+ books or calendars, add two days
100+ books or calendars, add four days
5+ home decor items, add two days
20+ home decor items, add four days

 

Q:  Can I pick up my order once it is ready?

 

 A:  No. To ship orders on time in an efficient manner and to streamline our production    process, we do not allow pick-ups. If your order is urgent, we would advise that you try to place your order earlier and include the courier shipping time.

 

Q:  Can I pay delivery charges on COD (Cash on Delivery) basis?


A:  No, all our payments are conducted online only. You will require a valid Credit / Debit Card, or Paypal account. If you do not have a credit card, we recommend that you borrow one from a family or friend to complete the transaction.
